国際異文化交流イベント

10月23日（木）の5・6時間目に、本校の1・2年生グローバル英語コースの生徒と、神戸新長田日本語学院の3カ国の留学生23名による国際交流会が行われました。
はじめに、神戸新長田日本語学院の学生代表による日本語のスピーチがあり、続いて2名の留学生による伝統的なネパール舞踊を披露してくれました。その後、留学生の皆さんが準備してくださったプレゼンテーションを通して、1時間にわたり各国の食文化や衣装、習慣などについて学びました。教科書では学べない、ネイティブの方々から直接お話を聞くことができ、とても興味深い時間となりました。
2時間目には、本校生徒が日本文化についてプレゼンテーションを行いました。相撲や日本の音楽、お正月の伝統、百人一首、そしてわらび餅などの日本食について紹介しました。
今回の交流を通して、両校の生徒が互いの文化についてより深く理解し合う、貴重で充実した時間となりました。

On October 23rd, Kobe Noda High School Global English course 1st and 2nd grade students participated in an international cultural exchange with 23 students from 3 countries currently studying at Shin-Nagata Japanese language school.
The event opened with a speech in Japanese from a student from Nepal, and followed by a demonstration of a traditional Nepalese dance.
In the first hour, Shin-Nagata Japanese Language school students gave presentations of their home countries in Japanese. Our students were able to learn not only about foreign cultures directly from native students, but also come to realize the difficulty of Japanese language study. I hope this realization will widen students’ perspectives and understanding for when they participate in their study abroad programs.
In the second hour, Kobe Noda High School students gave presentations on Japanese culture. These topics ranged from sports such as Sumo, and Karate, to food culture including warabi-mochi, and miso.
This event was an invaluable experience for both our students, and the foreign exchange students. Thank you to all who participated, and thank you to Shin-Nagata Japanese Language school.
